He's got to be the CREEPIEST Arkham City villain to EVER appear in the game! Not just because of his voice, but that, 1, he's a serial killer with no remorse, 2, he's a morality and political nihilist, 3, he's out for good ol' fashioned revenge against Bruce Wayne, and most, MOST importantly, 4, other than collaborating his victim's faces to his own face to resemble Bruce's, he's even managed to get the matching FINGERPRINTS of Bruce's to boot! THIS GUY'S A CREEPY MOTHERFUCKER!
